Demolition

We offer total demolition for a range of different size buildings. We haul away all material and debris to be recycled according to the City of Chicago recycling ordinance. Your site will be left clean and ready for the next phase.

Excavation

We offer a full range of excavation from residential to large commercial. We have the equipment, personnel and experience to assist you in all of your excavating needs. Our staff are trained and certified in Hazwoper Site Work in accordance with 29CFR 1910.120.

Shoring

We install shoring as designed by a licensed structural engineer. We work closely with many of Chicago’s engineering companies.

Sewer & Water

We can install new sewer and water service or repair/replace existing services at any residential or commercial project. We are fully licensed with the City of Chicago.

Onsite Recycling

Dunleavy Construction has the ability to crush concrete onsite which can be re-used for backfill, creating a cost effective project for the owner/developer.

Snow Plowing

We offer snow plowing & removal services.
